1. Order Processing Time
All crystal jewelry pieces are inspected for quality before shipment. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). You will receive a notification email once your order has been handed over to the carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times and costs are estimated as follows:

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CrystalAura Jewelry LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item and contact us at crysta@crystalaurajewelryl.com within 48 hours of delivery. For lost packages, we will open an investigation with the carrier before issuing a replacement or refund.
