At CrystalAura Jewelry LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have specific rights regarding returns.
1. 14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at crysta@crystalaurajewelryl.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
- Items purchased on “Final Sale.”
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
